Terri Akrish served on the board of the Women’s Business Exchange as VP  of Marketing for four years.  WBE is focused on “Transforming the Future of Women in Business”.

MS CandDo Vertical Express for Can Do MS at Crystal Mountain, WA. Greg Bohrer continues to actively support MS by participating annually in this event. The annual skiing extravaganza known as Vertical Express for Can Do MS is a series of on-snow fundraising events and activities for skiers and boarders of all ages and abilities. Can Do MS helps the many families across the US dealing with the impacts of MS.

Greg  was a Featured Speaker at the Nation Retail Federation  Small Business Forum in New York and Washington DC.

Terri Akrish served on the board for the Rainier Vista Boys and Girl’s Club for 20 JSBGCyears.                Terri participated in the Capital Campaign that raised enough funds to build the newt Joel E. Smilow Clubhouse at Rainier Vista,   previously known as the Rainier Vista Boys and Girl’s Club. Kids and teens may walk through the doors for the fun they offer, but they do far more than entertain them. Their nationally recognized programs and activities impact youth in three essential ways:

• Academic success—Improving grades, reducing high school drop-out rates, and teaching kids to see themselves as learners.

• Good character and citizenship—Encouraging community service, reducing juvenile crime rates, and instilling an attitude of engagement

• Healthy lifestyles—Teaching healthy behaviors, reducing drug use and childhood obesity, and fostering a positive self-image.
